How do I upgrade to a higher plan?

Go to My Business → Billing and choose the plan you want. Upgrades take effect immediately so you can start using the new features right away, and you only pay the difference between your current plan and the higher plan.

Yes. You can stop your free trial at any time from My Business → Billing and you will never be billed. Once your one-time payment is made there is nothing left to cancel — your plan stays yours for life.

You can view and download your invoice inside My Business under the Billing section. Your invoice history will always be available for your records.
